Terms of Use
Effective October 6, 2026
These terms apply to your use of PIC. Your use of PIC is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's EULA on licensing, Apple's EULA prevails.
1. What PIC is
PIC is an invite-only private space for sharing photos and chatting. Your content is end-to-end encrypted and stored in iCloud accounts of the people who created it. PIC gives “control rights” to people recognized in a photo inside PIC. Control rights are an in-app permission, not legal ownership, and PIC cannot recall copies made outside the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires) and have an iCloud account.
3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
You agree not to use PIC to create, upload, or share content or behave in a way that:
- involves the sexual exploitation of minors, or any sexual content involving minors;
- shares intimate images of someone without their consent, or is sexually explicit without the consent of everyone involved;
- harasses, threatens, bullies, stalks, or intimidates anyone, or promotes violence or hatred;
- photographs or shares people in ways they have not agreed to where that is unlawful;
- infringes others' rights or violates any law.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Members can block people and report content from within the app; hosts can remove members. We review reports sent to pic@hello-support.com within 24 hours and will cooperate with law enforcement where required. Because content is end-to-end encrypted and stored in users' own iCloud accounts, we cannot see it unless a member includes it in a report.
4. Face recognition
Only set up a Face Passport with your own face. You may only add people to photos (by recognition or manual tagging) who actually appear in them. Do not use PIC to identify strangers.
5. Subscriptions
PIC is free for one hosted space with up to 3 members. PIC Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription that lets you host up to 20 spaces with up to 10 members each. Eligible new subscribers get a 3-month free trial; when it ends, the subscription renews at the price shown in the App Store unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. If your subscription ends, existing spaces keep their members, but you cannot add members beyond the free limit or host additional spaces.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to your content. You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload. Content lives in your iCloud; deleting it in PIC or with “Erase All PIC Data” removes it from your iCloud.
7. Availability and disclaimer
PIC depends on Apple's iCloud and push services. It is provided “as is”, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for copies of content others made outside PIC.

PIC 이용에는 이 약관과 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약(EULA)이 적용됩니다.
1. 서비스
PIC는 초대받은 사람만 쓰는 비공개 사진·채팅 공간입니다. 콘텐츠는 종단간 암호화되어 작성자 본인의 iCloud에 저장됩니다. “권리”는 앱 안에서의 권한이며 법적 소유권이 아니고, 앱 밖에서 만들어진 사본은 회수할 수 없습니다.
2. 이용 자격
만 13세 이상이며 iCloud 계정이 있어야 합니다.
3. 불법·유해 콘텐츠 및 악용 무관용
아동 성착취물, 동의 없는 촬영물·성적 이미지 공유, 괴롭힘·협박·혐오·폭력 조장, 타인의 권리 침해 및 불법 행위를 금지합니다. 앱에서 차단·신고할 수 있고 호스트는 멤버를 내보낼 수 있습니다. pic@hello-support.com으로 접수된 신고는 24시간 이내에 검토하며 필요하면 수사기관에 협조합니다.
4. 얼굴 인식
Face Passport는 본인 얼굴로만 등록해야 하며, 실제로 사진에 있는 사람만 태그할 수 있습니다. 모르는 사람을 식별하는 데 쓰면 안 됩니다.
5. 구독
무료로 공간 1개(멤버 3명까지)를 호스트할 수 있습니다. PIC Premium은 월간 자동 갱신 구독이며 공간 20개, 공간당 멤버 10명까지 이용할 수 있습니다. 신규 구독자에게는 3개월 무료 체험을 제공하며, 체험이나 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 App Store에 표시된 가격으로 자동 갱신됩니다. 결제와 해지는 iOS 설정 → [이름] → 구독에서 관리합니다.
6. 기타
콘텐츠의 권리는 작성자에게 있습니다. 서비스는 Apple iCloud에 의존하며 법이 허용하는 범위에서 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 문의: pic@hello-support.com
